Job summary

This position sits in the Governor's Finance Office within the CORE.NV ERP Project Team in Carson City, Nevada. The incumbent leads Security & System Administration and may support Access Control, Reporting & Analytics, Configuration, or Data Management & Migration.

You will design, implement, and maintain security procedures, manage user access, RBAC, and monitor ERP security configurations to keep the system compliant and operational.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of professional IT experience relevant to the duties of the position.
• Experience with ERP implementations is required.
• Two years of advanced journey level or supervisory/project management capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses and determine end-user requirements through consultation with end-users, technicians, vendors, management, and others.
• Maintain documentation related to architecture, operations, and other records of work activities.
• Maintain current knowledge of technological trends and advancements in IT and security practices.
• Participate in recommending and justifying resource allocations and expenditure decisions; track and write technical requirements for grants.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
