Job summary

SDL Search Partners seeks a Senior Project Management Associate to lead IT PMO projects across Capital Markets, Enterprise Architecture, Corporate Platforms, CPPSB, Global Delivery, Infrastructure, and Security & Operations. Candidates will drive planning, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have PMP/MBA consideration, 5+ years of PM experience, 6+ years in tech implementation, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

• PMP certification and/or MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of project management and reporting experience, preferably in Financial Services.
• 6+ years of technology implementation experience.
• Credit and/or Capital Markets experience preferred.
• Agile/Scrum experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple stakeholders to plan and direct the analysis of business problems.
• Develop schedules, timelines and milestones to manage and track project progress.
• Ensure development of communications, testing and training plans appropriate to user/organization impact.
• Manage project teams, project scope, project schedules and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify, document and communicate risks and issues as appropriate.
