Job summary

Deloitte Technology-US in the OCIO PMO is seeking a Manager to drive the delivery of large IT programs, applying established PMO practices to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes across portfolios.

You will partner with Business Portfolio Leads, oversee budgets and risks, create audience-specific dashboards, mentor PMO staff, and promote continuous process improvement; this largely remote role offers travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project/program management on large IT initiatives.
• 3+ years leading SAFe/Agile projects including business case development and plan delivery.
• 1+ year of people management experience overseeing PMs and coordinators.
• 3+ years of IT project financial management including budgeting and forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management activities, track budgets and status; support financial transparency.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-risk, complex programs/projects.
• Develop and deliver program dashboards and audience-specific reports.
• Mentor PMO junior staff and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to PMO processes and promote continuous improvement.
