Job summary

WME Group is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to lead complex IT initiatives across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Workplace Technology. You will drive program planning, governance, and cross-team coordination to deliver measurable improvements in reliability, efficiency, and user experience.

Responsibilities include developing a scalable PMO, coordinating with IT leadership, and delivering executive-level progress reports.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management across infrastructure and enterprise technology projects.
• Experience performing business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise application deployments.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex technology programs spanning Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Workplace Technology, and enterprise platforms.
• Develop and mature the IT PMO with scalable governance, delivery standards, and processes.
• Provide visibility into active programs, dependencies, and risks through structured reporting and reviews.
• Prepare program-level reporting highlighting progress, risks and strategic impact.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and external providers to meet objectives and contractual commitments.
