Job summary

AccruePartners in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join its expanding PMO and lead a high-visibility Oracle SCM transformation across eight business units. You will work directly with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise technology initiatives on time and within scope.

This hands-on leadership role requires 7+ years of IT project management, strong Oracle SCM experience, and the ability to align business needs with technical delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT Project Management with enterprise software experience.
• Strong Oracle implementation experience, Oracle SCM preferred.
• Experience leading supply chain tech initiatives (procurement, inventory, warehouses).
• PMP/Jira/Oracle certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior project leadership for Oracle SCM transformation across eight business units.
• Partner with IT leadership, Supply Chain stakeholders, business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and executives.
• Own the project lifecycle from requirements gathering and planning through design, testing, deployment, and delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to maintain momentum and governance.
• Drive and refine project management practices around BRDs, SDLC, testing, UAT, and risk management.
