Job summary

Accenture in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Management Consultant to help transform client delivery. Lead design workshops, architect Oracle Cloud PPM solutions, and guide teams through deployment in a global, multi-industry setting.

Requires 6+ years with Oracle Applications, 4+ years in Oracle Cloud PPM, 3+ years in advisory roles, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Travel may be required; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle Applications.
• 4+ years in Oracle Cloud Project Management Cloud (Project Financial Management and Project Execution Management).
• 3+ years in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation.
• 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, equivalent experience accepted.
• Oracle Project Management Cloud Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates design workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend robust design.
• Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring Oracle knowledge.
• Work with project teams and clients to create stand-out PPM solutions powered by Oracle Cloud.
• Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle PPM solutions in an integrated environment.
• Understand Oracle Cloud Projects data model conversions and advise on conversion strategies.
• Guide testing cycles and perform cutover activities for go-live preparation.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on deliverables.
