Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced IT Project/Program Manager and Salesforce COE Lead to drive governance, architecture and delivery standards for a large-scale enterprise ecosystem. You will bridge technical and business priorities and communicate platform strategy to executives.

The role requires 15+ years in IT leadership, strong cloud and multi-organization Salesforce expertise, and a proven ability to manage vendors, budgets and complex programs across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in IT, business, PM, or related field.
15+ years of IT program leadership and enterprise technology transformation experience.
Experience leading Salesforce teams and resources in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Provide formalized direction and leadership to assigned teams for timely project execution.
Plan and direct installation of IT projects across multiple business areas.
Coordinate tech projects with business partners to meet enterprise objectives.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level project oversight.
