Job summary

Coastal Cloud seeks an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to champion large-scale Salesforce implementations and multi-cloud delivery at enterprise scale. You will lead, govern, and optimize complex programs with regular onsite work in Austin, TX, directing 10+ team members and collaborating with executive stakeholders.

You will drive strategic client relationships, establish operating models, manage budgets around $2M+ annually, and mentor PMs while ensuring delivery excellence and SDLC

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise program management or large-scale tech implementations.
• PMO experience of 10+ years.
• 5+ years in professional consulting.
• Budget management of $2M+ annually.
• Salesforce project implementations.
• Lead teams of 10+ including PMs.
• Strong technical background in software development, testing, automation, DevOps, CI/CD, QC.
• Maintain executive client relationships and strategic leadership.
• Proficient with modern PM tools and collaboration platforms.
