Job summary

K-Recruiting Life Sciences seeks a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in data governance and RWE within a complex, matrixed environment. You will coordinate multi-stakeholder programs, drive governance, and deliver data-driven recommendations across international teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of program management experience in pharma, strong leadership, and the ability to coach teams while navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years in program/project management in international environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, including external partners.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with ability to engage different levels of seniority, including leadership.
• Ability to act as a coach, foster team accountability, and support performance.
• Confidence to navigate ambiguity and take difficult decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Solid understanding of project/program governance, financial tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies – Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry required.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or strong experience in process improvement required.
• German language skills and/or project experience within German-speaking organizations

Responsibilities

• Deliver program management expertise for strategic initiatives within a defined strategic project in DX-DSS, with focus on Data Governance and RWE / Data E2E processes.
• Coordinate project-related interactions with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate transparency on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

• Coordinate project activities across defined workstreams and provide visibility on timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget impacts.
• Analyze program metrics and prepare data-driven reporting and recommendations for stakeholders within defined project.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement within the project scope.
