Boardroom Appointments is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across global business units. You will oversee PMO governance, manage RICEFW components, and coordinate multi-language teams while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in IT management with 5+ years in project management, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering on schedule and within budget.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT management experience including 5+ years in project management.
• Strong leadership with ability to guide teams to meet objectives.
• Knowledge of RICEFWs, interdependencies across projects, and global programs.
• Experience with multiple BUs across locations and languages.
• Reporting capabilities including dashboards.
• PM framework familiarity (PMP/PRINCE2) a plus.
• Knowledge of CSV processes and pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Awareness of COBIT, ISO9001/GAMP, and shared services models is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
• Identify dependencies and critical path; manage risks and issues.
• Schedule meetings and record decisions; update governance documents.
• Prepare documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and address potential issues; act as PM contact.
• Organize stakeholder meetings and distribute minutes.
• Ensure documentation aligns with frameworks and project needs.
• Document risks, issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Keep key stakeholders informed (GDT OpCo, Quality Manager, ServiceNow Owner).
• Build out Statements of Work with subject matter experts; maintain PM tools.
