Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Experience managing enterprise IT projects from initiation through implementation.
• Ability to lead multiple interdependent workstreams with clear accountability.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to translate complex tech initiatives into executive-level updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from discovery to closeout.
• Lead AI, infrastructure, and clinical technology initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, schedule and milestones.
• Establish governance and track budgets, risks, and RAIDs.
• Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
