Ingenium Talent is seeking an IT Project Manager in Louisville to lead technology-driven initiatives with 3–5 years of experience. The role requires PMP certification and strong stakeholder management to ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and within budget.

You will work onsite at the East End corporate location Monday through Thursday, coordinating with IT teams, vendors, and business units to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of IT or technical project management experience.

  • Experience with IT infrastructure, software development, or system implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of activities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure clear communication and expectation alignment.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting notes, risk registers, and other project artifacts.
  • Work closely with the Program Manager to monitor program-level milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocations.
  • Identify, document, and elevate project risks or issues; assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business units to support smooth execution of technology solutions.

Ingenium Talent is working with a Louisville-area client in their search for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead and support technology-driven initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage tasks effectively, maintain alignment with project goals, and provide direct support to the Program Manager. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

PMP Certification is required

Initially this position will be required to be onsite at our client's East End of Louisville corporate location Monday through Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and drive solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
