Job summary

Element Science seeks a hands-on Senior Manager to own the enterprise integration architecture, data platform, and AI-enabled applications. You will coordinate Dell Boomi-driven connectivity, EMR interfaces, and analytics on Google Cloud, shaping governance, security, and scalable delivery.

You will lead a small team, partner with cross-functional leaders in Commercial, Patient Services, Revenue Cycle, Clinical, Quality, and Finance, and drive auditable, compliant workflows across systems.

Qualifications

Senior manager with hands-on experience in enterprise integration and data platforms.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.
Experience implementing HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, SOC 2, and PCI-compliant integrations.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise integration architecture and roadmap (Dell Boomi, EMR interfaces, and API layers).
Lead hospital EMR connectivity design and onboarding with HL7 v2 and FHIR standards.
Design and govern data platform on Google Cloud for analytics and reporting.
Build and mentor a small team, partnering with IT ops, security, and business leads.
