Job summary

HID is seeking a Senior Technical Lead, Platform & Integrations in Austin, TX to drive enterprise-grade integrations using Boomi, OIC, and Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will connect cloud and on-premises apps such as Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and architectural consistency across the organization.

You will collaborate with IT and business units, design complex integration solutions, and promote governance and documentation standards while mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
• 6+ years of integration and development experience.
• Experience designing and optimizing integrations across disparate systems.
• Strong experience with Java, Linux/Unix, and middleware technologies.
• Hands-on experience with ESB, MOM, JMS, SOAP/REST, ETL, and database technologies.
• Experience designing flows between SFTP, FTP, and APIs.
• Knowledge of Boomi API Management and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle E-Business Suite, and enterprise processes.
• Knowledge of infrastructure components like VMware, storage, JVM, and networking.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud integration with Salesforce and other tools.
• SQL and data modeling across MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle.
• EDI integrations (X12, EDIFACT) using Boomi.
• Messaging systems like JMS, AWS MQ, and SQS.
• Development/scripting in Java, Groovy, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple support cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience contributing to enterprise architecture standards.
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-grade integrations using Boomi, OIC, and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Translate business processes into technical integration designs.
• Build and maintain integrations between cloud apps, mobile platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and execute testing scripts and QA procedures.
• Evaluate new applications and recommend integration approaches.
• Provide infrastructure recommendations for Boomi deployments.
• Act as product expert for Boomi and OIC.
• Define and promote best practices for integration governance and documentation.
• Assist in transitioning projects from development to production.
• Create and maintain technical docs, training materials, and architecture diagrams.
• Align integration designs with enterprise data strategies.
