Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking an IT Support Analyst III to provide advanced technical support and maintain IT systems across office and field environments. This senior role focuses on reliability, security, and efficiency of technology services including OT systems used in energy infrastructure.

You will escalate issues, lead infrastructure projects, and collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and field operations to improve performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of IT support, systems administration, or related role.
• Strong experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience administering AD, Entra ID, Group Policy, and access management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Serve as escalation point for service desk and junior IT staff.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VPN/wireless and remote connectivity.
• Lead OT system support including SCADA and industrial control systems.
