Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager (IT/OT) in Bethpage, NY for a hybrid, contract-to-hire role at $65/hr. You will lead a program across on-site and remote teams, ensuring delivery within budget and alignment with customer objectives.

The role requires extensive IT/OT experience, strong budgeting skills, and PMP certifications. You will guide multiple teams, develop IT/OT service strategies, and communicate with stakeholders to drive successful go-lives and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years IT/OT services and solutions development.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience creating and managing team budgets and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Strategically guide the program, tracking schedules to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Lead and manage diverse IT/OT professionals and teams.
• Partner with customer PM, finance, and procurement to support the program and customer satisfaction.
• Direct the technical strategy and establish IT/OT service best practices.
• Maintain clear cross-team communication to align with company goals.
