Job summary

Expedition Consulting, a subsidiary of Accurant, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead OT projects for the electric utility sector. You will partner with clients to shape design advisement, technology roadmaps, and implementation plans, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of utility project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication, with experience in complex, cross-functional environments and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of electric utility project management experience or delivering projects with SCADA/EMS/DERMS software.
• Experience managing highly technical and complex projects.
• PMP certification is valued but not required.
• Must have permanent US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing proposals, pursuit presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate in reviewing and developing contract agreements.
• Define project strategies with leadership aligned to client priorities.
• Serve as primary client contact, building long-term relationships.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules with clients and SMEs.
• Oversee delivery of customer deliverables and ensure quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and manage change orders.
• Monitor project budgets and review invoices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams; promote a professional culture.
