Job summary

Osano, a leading privacy platform, seeks a Sr. Manager of IT & Operations to own internal IT operations and security for a distributed workforce.

You will drive endpoint management, identity access, SaaS administration, and corporate infrastructure while shaping the IT roadmap and ensuring productivity across teams. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in IT/ops with SaaS/startup experience, hands-on IAM/SAML, Google Workspace admin skills, and scripting ability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT, systems administration, or technical operations, with 1–2 years in lead/managerial role in SaaS/startup.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve internal IT operations (endpoint mgmt, identity and access, SaaS, infra).
• Keep systems reliable and employees productive.
• Deliver a near-term IT roadmap aligned with growth; identify gaps and ship improvements.
• Manage IT/corporate technology budget; own vendor relationships and renewals.
• Lead SOC 2 IT audit evidence and controls; enforce security policies and compliance.
