Job summary

Osano, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager of IT & Operations to own and optimize the company’s internal technology environment. You will lead IT operations, manage the corporate tech stack, and push security, compliance, and employee experience improvements as Osano grows.

The role is fully remote with four hours overlap daily with the team, and involves budget management, vendor negotiations, and building an automation-forward IT function that supports a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT, systems administration, or technical operations.
• 1–2 years in a lead or managerial role in SaaS/startup environment.
• Hands-on with IAM, MDM, SAML/SSO, Google Workspace administration, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve internal IT operations and corporate infrastructure.
• Maintain near-term IT roadmap aligned with company growth.
• Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, renewals, and contract negotiations.
• Lead SOC 2 IT audit evidence and controls; enforce security policies.
