Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of systems administration experience in production environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• Experience with Windows desktops/servers, Azure/365, AD and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve tickets for IT systems and end users.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support Windows-based systems and field devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and implement project-related tasks and initiatives.
• Maintain and monitor cloud services, virtualization platforms, servers, and storage.
• Administer Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID environments.
• Assist with user accounts, security controls, patch management, backups, and DR.
• Document configurations, procedures, and system changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Travel to data centers and customer sites to support deployments and projects.
