Job summary

World Acceptance Corporation in Greenville, SC seeks an IT Network / Systems Manager to design, support, and maintain the company’s network and server infrastructure, including email, data networks, security, and video conferencing.

This role leads architecture planning, technology direction, and mentoring of junior engineers, while handling on‑call support to ensure reliable network performance across LAN/WAN, Azure, Exchange Online, Mimecast, and IBM storage.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of IT/network experience.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and firewall concepts.
• Experience with multi-location enterprise networks and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and maintain data networks, Internet, and firewall equipment.
• Ensure availability of LAN/WAN, Internet networking, and network security across the organization.
• Monitor network health and performance; manage capacity planning and procurement.
• Assist escalated helpdesk networking issues and participate in on-call rotations.
