Job summary

World Acceptance Corporation in Greenville, SC seeks an IT Network / Systems Manager to design, support, and maintain the company’s network and server infrastructure, including email, data networks, security, and video conferencing.

This role leads architecture planning, technology direction, and mentoring of junior engineers, while handling on‑call support to ensure reliable network performance across LAN/WAN, Azure, Exchange Online, Mimecast, and IBM storage.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of IT/network experience.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and firewall concepts.
• Experience with multi-location enterprise networks and ITIL processes.

Job description

The IT Network / Systems Manager will be responsible for designing, supporting, managing and maintaining all aspects of the network and server infrastructure. This includes email, server equipment, data networks, network security, telecommunications solutions, audio conferencing and video conferencing. The IT Network / Systems Manager engages in architecture definition, planning, technology direction, project management and mentoring of more junior Network Engineers and Server Administrators.
