Job summary

World Finance is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to design, implement and support the organization’s network and server infrastructure. You’ll manage LAN/WAN, security, VMware, AD, Exchange Online, and Azure, while mentoring junior engineers and guiding IT projects.

The role involves on‑call rotation, on‑site collaboration in Greenville, SC, and continuous improvement of IT processes using ITIL best practices. A bachelor's or associate degree with 5+ years’ experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in AD, Exchange Online, Azure and PowerShell administration.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, routing and firewall concepts.
• Experience with ITIL practices and enterprise IT service management.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and participate in on‑call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain data networks, Internet and firewall equipment.
• Ensure availability of LAN/WAN, Internet connectivity and network security.
• Monitor network health, analyze bandwidth and plan capacity.
• Manage VMware, AD, Exchange/Office 365 and certificate management.
• Maintain Azure, IBM SAN Storage and remote desktop environments.
• Provide on‑call support and resolve end‑user networking issues via Service-Now.
• Drive continuous improvement of ITIL‑based processes and tools.
