Job summary

WorldNet Telecommunications LLC / Human Resources Group is seeking an IT Systems Administrator responsible for installation, operation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of all company server systems, email servers, and cloud services infrastructure, including AD, hosted Exchange, firewalls, proxies and intrusion detection systems.

The role includes migration of outsourced email services to Hosted Exchange, managing network gear, DR appliances and customer premises equipment, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Sciences; 3 years of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft server installation, operation, configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory installation, operation, configuration, maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, configure, maintain and troubleshoot all company server systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and support Email Server systems and Hosted Exchange migration projects.
• Configure and maintain Firewall, Proxy and Intrusion Detection systems.
• Support network gear: hubs, switches and routers; perform ordering and changes as needed.
• Provide cloud services platform support: virtual servers, desktops, DR appliances, and related equipment.
• Assist users and advise on back‑office applications (MS Office, antivirus, remote access).
• Train on cloud partner services and provide IT consulting to customers as required.
