Job summary

AltaOne Corporate Credit Union in Ridgecrest, CA, seeks an IT Network Infrastructure Manager to lead operations of network infrastructure, servers, and security programs. You will manage Service Desk and Infrastructure teams and partner with leadership to deliver reliable technology services to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of IT experience in network, infrastructure, systems administration, or information security responsibilities.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience managing technical personnel.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for daily operation of network infrastructure, servers, telecommunications, cybersecurity controls, cloud services, and end-user computing platforms.
• Manage and develop Infrastructure Engineers, Systems Administrators, Network Administrators, Service Desk Leads, and IT Support personnel.
• Ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance of enterprise systems, including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and endpoints.
• Oversee network operations (LAN/WAN/VPN/wireless) and telecommunications services.
• Lead infrastructure lifecycle management: hardware refreshes, OS upgrades, patches, vulnerability remediation.
