Job summary

AltaOne Federal Credit Union seeks an IT Network Infrastructure Manager to lead the operational management, security, and reliability of the credit union’s technology backbone in Ridgecrest, CA. You will supervise the Service Desk and Infrastructure teams, drive network and systems uptime, and partner with executives to deliver strategic IT services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five to ten years of progressively responsible IT experience in network, infrastructure, systems administration or information security.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience managing technical personnel.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure including networking, virtualization, servers, storage, security platforms and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for daily operation of network infrastructure, servers, telecommunications, cybersecurity controls, cloud services, and end-user computing.
• Develop and coach Infrastructure Engineers, Systems/Network Administrators, Service Desk Leads and IT Support staff.
• Ensure availability, security, and performance of enterprise systems and tools across the organization.
• Oversee network operations including LAN/WAN/VPN, wireless, internet connectivity, routing, and switching.
• Lead lifecycle management, including hardware refreshes, OS upgrades, patches, and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with Information Security to implement controls, monitoring, access management, and incident response.
• Serve as escalation point for complex infrastructure and security issues affecting operations.
• Coordinate disaster recovery, business continuity, backup and recovery activities.
