Job summary

Monterra Credit Union is seeking a Network Manager to lead the network team in Redwood City. This onsite role focuses on aligning network solutions with credit union goals, staff development, and ensuring reliable operations across Windows servers, AD, VMware, and cloud services.

You will guide backup strategies, security, and cross-training while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to meet performance targets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10 years of system administration experience in multi-server, multi-platform environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, AD, VMware, networking, VPNs, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the network team to align with organizational goals.
• Oversee daily operations of server infrastructure and Windows environments.
• Manage WAN/LAN, security, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide expert guidance and support to staff and management.
