Monterra Credit Union in Redwood City, CA, is seeking a Network Manager to lead the network team, align initiatives with organizational goals, and ensure reliable, secure IT operations onsite at the Corporate Office.

The role requires extensive experience as a system administrator, expertise in Windows servers, VMware, VPN, and cloud platforms, and a hands-on approach to staff development and technology modernization.

Qualifications

• 10 years as a system administrator in multi-server, multi-office environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows servers, VMware, VPN, Exchange/AD, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AWS.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the network team and align with Credit Union goals.
• Manage workflow, generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff; implement cross-training.
• Oversee server infrastructure, security, and daily operations.
• Plan WAN/LAN, SD-WAN security, and network reliability.
• Provide end-user support and training across locations.
