Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Principal IT Engineer - Networking to design, implement, and operate enterprise network solutions focused on Cisco and Meraki wireless and wired technologies.

You will ensure day-to-day reliability of campus and branch connectivity and collaborate with security teams to integrate identity-based access controls. You will lead incident triage, drive standardization, documentation, and automation, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating enterprise wireless and wired networks.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco/Wireless LAN controllers and Meraki deployments.
• Ability to integrate security/access controls (e.g., Cisco ISE) and to perform root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate Cisco Wireless LAN and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Lead incident triage, escalation, and resolution for network events.
• Execute changes via ServiceNow with risk assessment and rollback planning.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, standards, and network documentation.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to improve reliability.
