Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States is seeking a Principal IT Engineer – Networking to design, implement, and operate enterprise network solutions with a focus on Cisco and Meraki technologies.

You will ensure campus and branch reliability, partner with security and infrastructure teams to integrate identity controls, and drive standardization and automation. This hybrid role requires regular onsite presence in Somerset, NJ or Austin, TX, with scheduling determined by business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on enterprise networking experience.
• CCNA/CCNP or Meraki CMNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and operate Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Meraki wireless networks.
• Plan RF designs, validate changes using surveys and spectrum analysis.
• Implement SSIDs, guest access, segmentation, and wireless security standards.
• Lead incident triage, root-cause analysis, remediation; mentor engineers.
