Job summary

Rocket Youth Brands in Miami, Florida is seeking a Senior IT Manager to oversee daily IT operations, provide direct employee support, and maintain secure, reliable infrastructure across our growing portfolio of youth services companies.

This hands-on role requires practical IT leadership, vendor coordination, and the ability to implement approved technology improvements. You will troubleshoot, document processes, and support a multi-location organization on-site in Miami.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior IT operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Autopilot, Defender.
• Experience administering endpoints, networks, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, routers, printers, scanners, and internet connectivity.
• Experience with RMM tools such as Atera or equivalents.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and business applications (iClassPro, JackRabbit, LeagueApps).
• Experience managing GoDaddy domains, Cloudflare DNS, SSL certs, and website migrations.
• Experience with data migrations using MigrationWiz or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support to employees and resolve escalated hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues.
• Lead onboarding and integration for acquired businesses, migrating from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 and consolidating accounts and devices.
• Maintain professional IT support and document incidents, resolutions, and procedures.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and operational documentation.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Autopilot, Defender.
• Configure and troubleshoot endpoints, networks, and related equipment.
