Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Manager, Information Technology to lead end-user support and daily technology operations across corporate and property locations. You will administer Freshservice, manage service performance, and mentor the IT team to deliver secure, reliable services that support business growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and security practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum five years of progressive IT support/infrastructure experience in a Microsoft-based environment.
Two+ years leading technical staff with coaching and performance management.
Experience administering IT service management platforms (e.g., Freshservice).
Experience coordinating technology deployments across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Lead the IT team and manage service delivery, including Freshservice workflows and KPIs.
Oversee end-user computing operations, devices, patching, and security controls.
Partner with business stakeholders to plan upgrades, migrations, and transitions.
Manage third‑party IT vendors, contracts, and cost management.
Provide hands-on support and guide teams through changes.
