Job summary

Rocket Software, Inc. is seeking an IT Technology Enablement Specialist to deliver senior-level support for the Executive Leadership Team and to optimise Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications.

You will design training, create enablement content, and translate enterprise tools into practical, high-impact solutions across the organization. You will partner with IT, Security, and business teams to ensure standards are met, identify productivity opportunities with AI, and drive adoption of

Qualifications

Significant experience in IT support or digital workplace enablement within an enterprise.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Copilot).
Experience designing and delivering training for enterprise tools.
Extensive Windows and macOS support experience.
Proven track record supporting executives in high-trust environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication with discretion.
Ability to work independently on complex projects with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

Provide white-glove executive IT support and rapid issue resolution.
Design and deliver training sessions and enablement content.
Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, and Applications teams to improve services.
Identify productivity improvements using AI and modern tooling.
