About the Position :

The Senior IT HCM Manager oversees all HCM systems and services, including governance and compliance, using various applications (SAAS and On-Premise). You will develop and execute our HCM product roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best practice processes support all HCM system functions.

What You'll Do :

• Lead programs/projects related to HCM digital transformation.
• Partner with business and technology groups to deliver and maintain enterprise HCM solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HCM products and technologies, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
• Support compliance and data governance practices.
• Manage system configurations, integrations, workflows, reporting, and analytics in HCM.
• Handle staffing, performance management, scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Coach and mentor staff to support all related systems and software.
• Lead the HCM business applications team through the full product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with development, integration, and testing teams to ensure quality and timely results.
• Evaluate quarterly patches, analyze functionality, develop test plans, and coordinate testing activities to ensure business continuity.
• Participate in M&A activities, understand their impact on processes and reports, and lead integration plans.

Skills You'll Need :

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management or HCM digital transformations.
• Successful track record in launching and managing IT products from concept to market.
• Experience with Cloud/ERP solutions, preferably Oracle.
• Deep knowledge of business processes and product management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Customer-focused and user experience-oriented.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and change-oriented.
