Job Description:

The Service Management Analyst Senior monitors adherence to best practices and global processes from internal customers and senior management.

• Assist in developing, enhancing, and implementing global processes and procedures.
• Coordinate the receipt, tracking, and documentation of all requests supporting IT global processes.
• Manage IT hardware assets and maintain vendor relationships related to asset accounts.
• Provide guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments.

Required:

• Oversight of IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including forecasting, procurement, and inventory management.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to asset management and governance.
• Collaborate with procurement vendors for asset acquisition, replacement, and disposal.
• Forecast and maintain inventory for IT projects and operations.
• Focus on operational and tactical activities daily.
• Apply advanced professional knowledge to resolve moderately complex issues creatively and effectively.
• Escalate complex issues; resolve moderately complex issues; recommend solutions; follow escalation procedures.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to teams and departments.
• Assist in developing standards, processes, and procedures.
• Work independently with minimal instruction on daily tasks and general guidance on new assignments.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Committed to incorporating security in all decisions and responsibilities.
• 3+ years of experience in asset management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong relationship-building skills across IT teams.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and time-management skills.
