About the Position :

The Senior IT HCM Manager oversees all HCM systems and services, including governance and compliance. You will develop and execute our HCM product roadmap, supporting digital transformation and ensuring best practice processes across all HCM functions.

What You'll Do :

1. Lead programs and projects related to HCM digital transformation.
2. Partner with business and technology teams to deliver enterprise HCM solutions.
3. Serve as a subject matter expert on HCM products and technologies, advising internal stakeholders.
4. Support compliance and data governance practices.
5. Manage system configurations, integrations, workflows, reporting, and analytics in HCM.
6. Handle staffing, performance management, and capacity planning.
7. Mentor and coach staff to support all related systems and software.
8. Lead the HCM applications team through the full product lifecycle.
9. Collaborate with development, integration, and testing teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
10. Manage patch evaluations, functionality analysis, testing plans, and business user testing to ensure continuity and improvement.
11. Participate in M&A activities, understanding impacts on processes, integrations, and reports, and lead integration plans.

Skills You'll Need :

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in product management or HCM digital transformations.
• Proven success in managing IT products from concept to deployment.
• Experience with Cloud/ERP solutions, preferably Oracle.
• Deep understanding of business processes and product management methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Customer-focused and user experience-oriented.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and change-oriented.
