Job summary
Duluth Trading Company is seeking an IT Manager - Enterprise Systems to lead our integration, ERP, and analytics teams. You will translate finance, merchandising, and product development needs into a technical roadmap, supervise development, data integration, and reporting initiatives, and partner with IT leaders to advance the technology strategy.
Based in the United States with remote eligibility, this role requires a Bachelor’s in CS or related field and 7+ years in retail IT, ERP deployments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
- 7+ years of IT/enterprise systems experience, retail a plus.
- Experience with ERP, merchandising, and product development domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead design/roadmap, acquisition, management, and implementation of apps and infrastructure.
- Partner with IT leaders to advance overall IT maturity and best practices.
- Own and refine the product backlog, prioritizing features by business value.
- Mentor the team and ensure delivery during peak seasons with system stability.
