Job summary

Retell AI is hiring a Senior IT Manager to build and scale internal IT operations. You will own onboarding/offboarding, configure devices, and manage Google Workspace, MDM, and identity solutions while driving security and automation across the company.

In this hands-on role you’ll work with Engineering, GTM, Product, and Operations to ensure every employee has the tools and access needed to move quickly. This is Retell AI’s first IT hire, offering broad impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/CE or related field is required.
• At least 2+ years in IT support or systems administration.
• Experience administering macOS devices.
• Experience with Google Workspace, MDM platforms, and identity management.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Configure laptops and workstations and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage Google Workspace, Slack, Rippling, SSO, and MDM platforms.
• Support office networking, printers, and internal IT services.
• Build automations around onboarding and IT workflows.
