Job summary

Jade Global seeks a Senior IT & M&A Program Manager to drive large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives across IT Infrastructure, Finance Tech, Lead to Cash, and M&A post-merger integrations.

The role requires 12+ years in program management, with 5+ years leading cross-functional enterprise programs and M&A integrations. Strong Agile/SAFe experience and ServiceNow know-how are essential for success. Hybrid or on-site in Silicon Valley preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years in Program/Project Management, PMO leadership, IT infrastructure, or Finance transformation.
• 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs (at least 2 years using Agile/SAFe).
• 5+ years leading M&A post-merger integrations or carve-outs (2 full end-to-end cycles).
• 3+ years managing ServiceNow-based initiatives (ITSM, CMDB, Change Management).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale infrastructure, cloud, Finance tech, and Lead to Cash initiatives.
• Lead pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, TSAs, ERP/system consolidations, and post-merger stabilization.
• Facilitate SAFe/Scrum ceremonies and maintain PMO governance and executive steering.
• Oversee infrastructure and release changes via ServiceNow following ITIL practices.
• Partner with executive leaders; manage system integrators, vendor contracts, budgets, and KPIs.
