Job summary

Jade Global is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead IT infrastructure, governance, risks and compliance projects across enterprise environments in Irving, TX. You will oversee M&A, infrastructure and GRC transformations, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive operational excellence leveraging ServiceNow for ITSM, CMDB and compliance.

Requirements include 18+ years in IT project management, 3+ years on ServiceNow initiatives, PMP/Agile credentials, and a BA/BS in a related field.

Qualifications

18+ years of IT project management experience focused on infrastructure operations, M&A, or GRC.
3+ years managing ServiceNow-based initiatives.
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
5+ years leading cross-functional IT business processes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of M&A, infrastructure, governance, risks and/or product transformations.
Coordinate infrastructure changes via CAB meetings and ITIL best practices.
Develop project schedules, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Drive stakeholder updates to senior leadership and manage cross-functional teams.
Utilize ServiceNow for project tracking, ITSM, Change Management, Incident Management, CMDB, and Asset Management.
