Job summary
Life Science Outsourcing is seeking a Senior IT Manager to own the IT function across two manufacturing sites in NH and CA. You will drive the technology roadmap, manage budgets and vendors, and oversee ERP (Deacom) and security programs to support regulated manufacturing.
You will lead a co-managed IT model, supervise an L1 specialist, own L2 escalations, and direct a back-end MSP. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a compliant, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or equivalent.
- 7+ years IT experience with 3+ years in management/leadership.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, AD, Windows Server.
- Experience with ERP in manufacturing and 21 CFR Part 11 familiarity a plus.
- Proven cybersecurity knowledge across NIST/ISO frameworks and SOC.
Responsibilities
- Set IT strategy and technology roadmap with executives.
- Oversee IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and MSP relations.
- Own Deacom ERP and related manufacturing applications.
- Lead cybersecurity, governance, audits, and compliance activities.
- Provide hands-on leadership across L1-L3 IT support and operations.
