Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an IT Sr. Manager to lead a team responsible for global manufacturing platforms from home office. You will guide strategy, development, and lifecycle support, ensuring GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, and FDA compliance across systems.

You will drive Digital Factory initiatives, ML/AI adoption, and collaborate with operations, quality, and IT teams to optimize processes and enable new product introductions and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 13+ years of industry experience.
• 5–8 years of people management experience.
• Experience with Machine Learning, Predictive Maintenance, and AI for Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and lifecycle support for global manufacturing platforms.
• Ensure GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, and FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820 compliance.
• Drive Digital Factory, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, and Manufacturing AI/Analytics initiatives.
• Manage budget and direct reports; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
