Job summary

Life Science Outsourcing (LSO) seeks a Senior IT Manager to own IT strategy across two manufacturing sites in California and New Hampshire, delivering secure, compliant technology operations.

You'll lead infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP (Deacom), and oversee a co-managed IT model with L1/L3 teams, driving AI adoption with governance and ensuring 21 CFR Part 11 compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years IT experience, with 3+ years in IT operations/leadership.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, AD, Windows Server, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST/ISO/SOC) and PowerShell automation.
• ERP experience in manufacturing; familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and computer system validation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and roadmap across two sites in CA and NH.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, licenses, and MSP relationships.
• Oversee infrastructure, security, DR/BCP, and incident response.
• Own Deacom ERP and related manufacturing applications; drive reporting and automation.
• Develop and mentor IT staff, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Quality.
