Little Rapids Corporation seeks an experienced Infrastructure & Technology Support Manager to lead the end-user technology services across locations. You will manage Technology Support Specialists, drive service delivery, and partner with Systems Administrators on deployments, cybersecurity, and infrastructure initiatives.

The role emphasizes a strong leadership approach, vendor coordination, and a focus on reducing escalations while improving associate satisfaction with technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in progressive technology support, systems administration, or infrastructure.
• 3+ years in leadership, mentorship, or supervisory roles.
• Experience leading desktop support, end-user technology, or service delivery functions.
• Experience partnering with infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity teams.
• Microsoft, ITIL, cybersecurity, or networking certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Support Specialists and manage performance, coaching, and growth.
• Own associate technology experience and end‑user computing standards.
• Manage ticket queues, SLAs, and service delivery performance.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle, device standards, deployment, and inventory.
• Triage infrastructure, network, server, and endpoint issues.
• Partner with Systems Administrators on deployments and readiness.
• Contribute input on infrastructure changes and cybersecurity readiness.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing with Systems Administrators.
• Support incident response and technology recovery activities.
