Johnson Health Tech North America Inc. seeks an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead infrastructure, cloud, network, and voice functions across all sites. You will drive reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency while guiding technical teams and managing licenses and AI platforms.

The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and strong collaboration with business leaders to deliver robust enterprise services. On-site work is required with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/MIS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in infrastructure, cloud, network, or IT operations.
• 3+ years of leadership of technical teams and multi-site environments.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and support of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networks, and voice.
• Ensure reliability, security, and cost-effective delivery of services.
• Oversee licensing, AI platforms, and SaaS governance.
• Manage on-call coverage and incident escalation procedures.
