The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, procurement, and technology projects, while mentoring the IT team and ensuring reliable IT services for users nationwide.

Qualifications

• BS in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Security+, Network+, or similar certifications.
• Extensive experience with Windows Server, Azure, and Intune deployments.
• Extensive application support experience with Help Desk ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Manage corporate computer hardware, software, infrastructure, and multi-site networks.
• Recruit, manage, and develop IT resources.
• Monitor system performance; ensure data security, uptime, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee Help Desk; ensure timely support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Oversee IT governance, cybersecurity initiatives, and compliance with regulations.
• Lead IT strategic planning and identify new technologies to transform the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors on IT projects.
