Job summary

Homewise Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Information Technology to provide organizational leadership and operational oversight of IT systems and services in support of the organization’s mission.

The role partners with the Deputy CEO to plan long-term technology strategy, translate direction into execution, and manage risk and day‑to‑day IT performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including managing senior IT leaders.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise‑wide IT strategy, infrastructure, and security programs.
• Experience overseeing IT budgets, vendor contracts, and large‑scale technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
• Translate leadership direction into actionable IT plans and roadmaps.
• Establish IT governance frameworks, standards, and policies.
• Advise Deputy CEO on risks and recommendations.
• Directly manage and coach the IT Director and build a high‑performing IT team.
• Oversee disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response planning.
• Monitor service levels, risks, and performance metrics; oversee IT budgeting and vendor management.
