Job summary

Maritz is seeking a Sr. Director of Information Technology to lead the engineering team behind Rewards and Fulfillment platforms, partnering with business leaders and clients to deliver secure, scalable commerce solutions.

The role champions AI-assisted development and responsible AI practices. We seek a strategic technology leader with 10+ years of experience, strong cloud and security knowledge, and proven executive presence to manage stakeholders and drive program outcomes in a hybrid Fenton,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 5+ years managing managers or multi-team tech orgs.
• Experience leading tech teams supporting commerce, rewards, loyalty, or fulfillment platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of modern cloud architectures and integration patterns.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and responsible AI principles.
• Security/compliance frameworks applicable to commerce/payments (PCI DSS, SOC 2).

Responsibilities

• Define technology strategy for Rewards, Fulfillment, and Commerce platforms; set architecture and stack direction.
• Lead a team of 10+ staff; mentor managers and architects; drive agile and AI maturity.
• Manage client relationships with Operations and Executive Management; support strategic projects and escalations.
• Oversee governance, security posture, vendor relationships, and department budget.
