Job summary

Terabase Energy seeks its first in-house Senior Manager, Corporate IT to build and lead our internal IT organization. You will transition day-to-day IT from an MSP, establish ownership of end-user support, identity and access management, enterprise applications, and endpoint management, and scale IT services for a rapidly growing global workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 3+ years leading IT operations, infrastructure, or end-user computing teams.
• Experience building an internal IT organization and transitioning from MSP.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience implementing endpoint management (Intune or similar).
• Experience administering enterprise productivity and collaboration apps and SAM programs.
• Solid understanding of modern cybersecurity principles.
• Experience managing corporate network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Terabase's long-term IT strategy.
• Transition operational responsibilities from MSP to internal IT.
• Define organizational structure, staffing plans, budgets, and procedures.
• Establish service standards, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Evaluate, select, and implement modern IT platforms and tools.
• Build internal Level 1 IT support capability.
• Manage endpoint and asset management lifecycle.
• Administer identity and access management (MFA, Conditional Access).
• Own administration of IT-managed enterprise apps (Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Jira).
• Ensure security, governance, and vendor management; manage IT budget.
