Job summary

North Mississippi Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr Specialist Installation to provide Tier 2 support for end users’ desktop and laptop configurations, applications, email, and peripherals. The role also involves leading installation teams for new or renovated areas.

You will troubleshoot, configure, and install Windows clients, assist junior staff, and ensure security policies are followed while delivering excellent customer service to NMHS users.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience configuring, troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining software and computer systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows environments and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 end-user support for desktop/laptop configurations, applications, email, internet access and peripherals.
• Lead installation projects for new or renovated areas and assist junior team members.
• Coordinate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve complex issues and ensure security policy compliance.
• Plan, execute and document installation tasks; train junior staff as needed.
